The Foundation was set up in October 2010 by our Founder, Easa Saleh Al Gurg, following a royal decree issued by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
