L.E.A.P (Lead, Engage, Achieve, Perform), a flagship program at ESAG, offers a roadmap for first-level managers to become leaders so that they can engage, develop, and create high-performing teams that drive business results.

The LEAP Conclave hosted on February 24, celebrated the achievements and reflections of LEAP & Scaling Heights graduates who have completed the Leadership program. A big congratulations to the LEAP Awardees Ouidad Ait Katib, Rameez Yusuf Shaikh, Abith Aravind, and Mohamed Faizal who were recognised by their line managers for remarkable strides in skill development and overall performance after completing the program. The awardees were felicitated by Group CEO, Easa Al Gurg.

Leaders at ESAG from different business verticals came together to celebrate the Conclave theme of Revisit, Reenergize, and Reinvent. The event included engaging sessions by internal and external speakers and an opportunity for networking, knowledge sharing, as well as potential collaboration.
