The ESAG Commercial & Industrial Group (ECIG) Legacy Cup, a cricket tournament in which teams from Scientechnic, TTE and AGAC took part, was held over two Sundays and concluded on March 5. A total of 12 teams with 14 players each, participated enthusiastically in the tournament.

League matches took place on the first Sunday and knockout matches on the day of the finale. The event was held at the Australian International School and Sharjah staff from ECIG were present to cheer their teams. While each match was well fought, the finals between Falcon Warriors (Scientechnic Mobility) and Shandaar Strikers (Warehouse & Logistics, ECIG) had a nail-biting finish. Scientechnic Mobility won by 9 wickets.

GCEO of ESAG, Easa Al Gurg, presented the medals and trophy to the winning team. Also present were Vamshi Patwari, Group Chief Human Capital Officer; Tanveer Shabandri COO ECIG and Dilip Sharma, Executive Vice President ECIG.
