Dr Raja Al Gurg, Chairperson and Managing Director of ESAG and a member of the Dubai Health Board of Directors and Chair of Al Jalila Foundation Board of Directors, attended the Foundation’s recent ‘Evening of Hope’ charity fundraiser, which successfully raised AED 50 million for The Child Fund.

During the event, Dr Raja emphasised the significant impact of the Foundation’s patient care programmes and the crucial role of philanthropic contribution in advancing healthcare for children. She commented, “This record-breaking achievement demonstrates our community’s generosity and shared conviction that every child deserves access to life-saving medical care. The funds raised will substantially enhance The Child Fund’s capacity to provide essential support, offering hope for a better future, in line with the Year of Community”. This substantial donation will enable The Child Fund to extend its vital services to more children in need.
