Our leadership promotes and conducts open floor sessions for women employees to voice their opinions. An ESAG Women’s Forum was set up to encourage bonding between the female employees. Our Vice Chairperson Muna Al Gurg, also conducts regular Breakfast Chat sessions as well as one-on-one Coffee Talks where women employees freely discuss and debate issues that impact their professional and personal lives.
